Some ground rules.

These are set and enforced by the sdemp.masto.host moderators.

1. Rules are still in development, but fundamentally this is meant to be a safe space for makers of any flavour, where diversity is valued, participation is inclusive, and respect for each other is the overriding behaviour. More specifics will be added if this ever gets past the experimental stage.
